The book “企鵝怎麼開咖啡店？” (“How Penguin Starts a Coffee Shop?”) is written by Mitani Kōji, a Japanese author. The main idea of the book is to teach people to generate innovative ideas by thinking in different perspectives, such as thinking in the perspective of a child, God or an alien. The aim of the project is to explore responsive design across multiple platforms and devices, including publication, website and a new platform — coffee cup sleeve.​​​​​​​
